Job Role:

Position: US NON- IT Recruiter (US Staffing)
Experience: Minimum 0.6-3 years
Location: 100% Remote (PWFH)

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the US.
• Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers.
• Work on strategic global hiring programs.
• Procure people for different Non- IT Requirements.
• Use niche platforms related toNon- IT, to source potential candidates.
• Personally conduct interviews, document the same, and report as the need arises.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of hiring practices and existing laws with respect to the US market.
• Experience in building the talent pool.
• Must be comfortable working in EST shifts.
• Experience in recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders.
• Knowledgeable about different US work Visas like H1B, E3, and TN.
• Familiarity with different US Tax terms is required (1099/W2/Corp-Corp).
• Strong understanding of functional and Non-functional requirements.
• Ability to display deep sourcing skills and excellent candidate assessment skills.
• Should be self-motivated as well as a team player.
• Proficient in English.

• Position:Service Delivery Associate
• Experience: Minimum 1- 3 years
• Location: 100% Remote (PWFH)

Job Description:

• Work as a liaison between the organization and clients on contractual/full-time workforce assignments.
• Responsible for client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables ensuring required quality standards and client expectations are communicated and achieved.
• Requirement gathering, allocation of required resources, and creating business plans to meet the required deadlines.
• Build and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders including MSP/VMS team, Talent Acquisition, and Client Hiring Managers.
• Work closely with the internal service delivery teams to achieve expected quality and service levels adhering to the signed SLA’s.

• Hands on experience with ADP.
• New Hire Set up in organisation .
• Working parallel with timesheet for smooth payroll processing.
• Payroll Entries.
• Work closely with HR and Accounting on all payroll related issues.
• Ensure payroll are processed inaccurate and Timely manner.
• Preparing H1B Recons.
• Review and audit master file and pay data entered, YTD TOTALS file amendments.
• Preparing YTD of payrolls.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and employee files.

Roles and Responsibilities

• To interact with onsite managers and understand the requirements.
• Source profiles through various US Job Portals like Dice, Monster, carrier Builder, and Tech Fetch as per the requirement.
• Screening profiles and take interviews as per requirement.
• Educate shortlisted candidates for client interviews and format their resumes as required.
• Coordinating and scheduling the interview process with US managers and follow up on a real-time basis till feedback received from the Client.
• Negotiate compensation/salary, extend offers, facilitate the placement of candidates and solicit referrals of other qualified consultants.
• Would be responsible for the effective usage of Internal Systems/Database for recording different stages in the recruitment process.
