Capleo Global creates and maintains a record of the care and services provided by Capleo Global, as well as those records received in support of Capleo Global services, to deliver quality care and to comply with certain legal requirements. This Notice applies to all PHI created, received, or maintained by Capleo Global, including these records.
- Safeguard the privacy and security of PHI;
- Explain how, when, and why Capleo Global uses or discloses PHI;
- Notify affected patients or their representatives in the event of a breach of unsecured PHI; and
- Follow the terms of this Notice, including not using or disclosing PHI without written permission other than as described in this Notice.
